One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. FOBs stopped working in very short time and FERMAX refuse to take responsibility. Incredibly unprofessional and impossible to deal with. Stay away from them at all cost EDIT: I can appreciate that there is a chain of communication for matters such as this. What I don't appreciate is that it took leaving a one star review on your website to finally receive an answer after over 3 weeks of attempted communication. This includes your "emergency" line.

Avoid this company. Batteries went flat in FOBs within a couple of months and then the company charges you to replace them. Absolute scam. The worst thing is their customer service which is non existent. Have managed to turn off my remote (which was working perfectly fine and doesnt have flat batteries) over the weekend. This means I cannot open the building gates or use the lifts to get to my apartment. Fermax are closed over the weekend and I have no way of rectifying this issue until they open on Monday. I have had to rely on neighbours to buzz me up. A display of their customer service is below with a condescending response on how to change a battery.

Not helpful at all, FOB's stopped working within months, then you have to pay money for body corporate to organize for someone to program on site then pay labour to fermax etc. What a job can just go through locksmith to duplicate FOB's Just want everyone to pay a fortune,

As a security installer/service technician, I find the Fermax product much better to use than its competitors. The technology does change with the times but unlike most other brands, they keep backward compatible models available. To deal with the Victorian branch is also very easy.

The complex I live in has Fermax products throughout. Thanks to the quality of the products installed, not only could the thief not get out with my bike, we were able to easily identify him and subsequently was dealt swiftly by the police .... saved a painful insurance claim and a loss of 8k!! Thanks guys
