From the start I could Tell these guys know there stuff, I came into the Brisbane Store wanting only a bench top fryer as I was trying to get the best price. Every shop i went and asked all they wanted to do was supply and never asked any sort of questions. Clayton from the Brisbane store asked questions and after I answered them I soon realized that I didn't need a bench top fryer I really needed to upgrade to a free standing fryer due to the volume of food we now cook. FED, all the equipment I have purchased in the past has been faulty in some way. Always just as warranty finish. They don't keep parts so need to get fixed through expensive refrigeration repair. Don't trust this business.

Will never purchase through FED again, product and service is absolute rubbish. Warranty isn't worth the paper its written on. Will never buy this cheap rubbish online again.
