Quiet, friendly, professional. Bulk billing and online booking are a very welcome surprise. Dr Banks (that's what the receptionists call him) is caring and thoughtful. He listens to his patients and values their lived experience. He is continuously updating his education and so can be hard to book an appointment with as he frequently has time off for study or exams. If you're looking for a fantastic doctor who cares about what you have to say about your health and its impact on your life, this is the doctor for you. As others have said, the receptionists are hit & miss. Use the web app to book, it's much more reliable than reception.

I went for my very first visit today and was so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and competence of the reception team. My doctor, who told me he had been in Shepparton for 8 years was superb. He was really switched on, and it was such a pleasure to be treated by a young and very knowledgable doctor. Thank you to everyone. It was a pleasure to meet you all.
The doctor I see is amazing. But the receptionists need a lot of training still as they keep writing on my appointments card the wrong time & date so I advise everyone to ring the day before or early in the morning to double check the appointment card is correct
Very caring, experienced doctors and friendly receptionists. I generally do not have to wait too long. Close and free parking to the practice. I can thoroughly recommend this practice to the whole family.
I had the doctor almost send test results to an older lady (the only reason the person taking blood realised it wasn't me!) Had the doctor say it was a mozzie bite (I now have a deep hole in my leg as it was an untreated spider bite!) Frequently have them promise to do something - like send results to the Nixon street clinic - which I go to expecting to hear results " yes we are sending them right now they said " and had to have a fresh lot of tests taken because who knows when they would send them. I've refrained from making this until today "call back at four" on a day they were supposedly overwhelmed with people and yet they were closed by 3.30
This is the worst run practice l have ever been to Dr fine if you want to have a chat about her life but if you need a doctor because you are sick don't go to this practice and don't get me started on the reception staff pathetic the practice is a joke
Made and waited a week for an appointment it was canceled at short notice with no option offered very poor service
