Great experience using Evolution biking - their bikes are in good condition and quality. They were very happy to put SPD peddles on my rental. Also gave me plenty of advice on great routes down the mountain side. Overall I had an amazing time in Derby.

We received great service and were made to feel incredibly comfortable. The staff were accomodating of our needs and I really felt like they couldn’t do enough to help. . They were so helpful and we had so much fun as a result.
I didn't get the guys name at the shop, but he was fantastic. I was super nervous about riding an EMTB, but he quickly put me at ease and I had the most epic day and was able to ride the whole day, even though I was completely wrecked from riding the previous day. The effort on the climbs is significantly lessened, while the control on the downs I found increased with the bike. 100% recommend hiring and E-bike for at least 1 day on a Derby trip. You'll have more energy to cover more ground, which means more fun packed into a day.
The bike was great. It performed well. They were pretty easy going.
My husband broke his collarbone and couldn’t ride the next day. We asked for a refund (200) or even just a 50% refund but they refused. It would be great if they can have some sort of policy to be able to refund, if someone had a serious injury. They could even state in their policy that the casualty must provide a medical certificate. A little bit of compassion would be appreciated.
These guys are great, the bikes are great, they are in great condition and ride fantastic. We had them for the day and they were flawless. Thanks for making our Derby experience fantastic.
