Don’t waste your time. I really wanted to buy a trailer from them. Unfortunately they don’t answer emails. They don’t answer phone calls. I rocked up Saturday and they’re not open like their Google map site says they are.

Same experience here. Why have an online platform if emails go unanswered? Even during lockdown you would think answering emails may be a priority. This level of customer service doesn’t inspire purchasing from you.
Some ppl work there or something using cheque to buy cars then dishonoured next day stay away from them .
Have been using these Europe Trailers services for roughly a decade now, and they never fail to deliver high quality, very professional service and just lovely to deal with!!
for the people leaving 1 star reviews because the shop isn't open, don't be ridiculous. you do not know the owner's circumstances. what if they've been forced to close due to something personal? don't flame a business you've never dealt with.
Went to see Europe Trailers today as I had a problem with my trailer. Fixed the problem and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Thanks heaps Justin
