We were very impressed with the assistance we got from Kevin, his professionalism and kindness were very appreciated by two travellers from Queensland with fridge problems. Thank you Kevin.

Very courteous service. He always seems to have the part you have been searching for, for your caravan or trailer, if he hasn't haveit he can get it.

Bought a caravan from Kendy in April 2020. Good price, took lots of time to show us everything, cleaned it up and even put the different towing plug on our vehicle for free (had a price at an auto electrician for approx 500 to do that). Been back for odds and ends and had good, down to earth service.

Sad to watch a badly needed CC Business run into the ground by incompetence ... bought trailers over the years there but recently the place is a dump & has attitude to match .... Sell yr business to someone who cares if you don't .

These guys spent time with me and made me a trailer specifically for my needs at the cheapest price in the region by some margin. It’s still going strong. Very satisfied.

By far the most incompetent and dodgy place I have ever dealt with in all my years!! If I had the option to place a zero I would have used it!! My caravan is now being properly repaired elsewhere, and for a fraction of the price. After discussing my awful experience with others, only now am I finding out of the really bad experiences of other people too, and the lists are long! How they have remained in business I will never understand.. just appalling!!!

If you want to experience bad attitude this is the place to go. I am a local and actaully in the market for a van. I needed a couple of trailers serviced and booked in. I simply asked if he could give me a reminder call on the day as i am terrible at remembering. WOW what an attitude. He responded saying he had better things to and that he is not a call out service. Then i just received a barage of attitude and comments like wind your head in! When i mentioned how shocked i was to a neighbour he laughed that i had gone near the place. He told me it is well known for bad attitude and bad workmanship. This really was not a plasant experience. I like to support local companies but i will not be supporting these guys.

Would give zero if I could. They charged me over 700 to complete the following: 1. Weld a clamp on for jockey wheel. Did not include removal of old, and the weld looks like a bad backyard job 2. Replace one clip on my camper roof. A 15 part plus labour 3. Repair camper gas hot water. No parts were replaced, they said they pulled it apart and cleaned it. Hot water still does not work, I will have to take it else where and pay more. No quote was given, just a call when it was finished. The hourly rate they charge is around 90. This is higher than any trades person I know of, and I doubt they have any proper experience or qualifications based the workmanship I have seen and experienced from them. Don't trust them. Better off doing it your self. If you have no idea what you're doing, then at least it will be cheaper.
