the best school camp I have EVER gone on! I was pushed past my lunits but felt safe doing with the amazing support from the instructors. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Pretty standard camp I liked the emu and the horses, I didn't really know anyone so it was great for bonding and team building, the cabins could be a bit better and the activities where ok but all in all the buggies where my favorite part.

Fantastic facilities, great staff, great food, and meaningful activities. The activities and challenges really built a sense of teamwork and looking out for each other, the camp is ANZAC/military based, bathrooms and other facilities were clean, gives a deeper understanding into how the ANZACs always looked out for each other. The location is easily accessible from the Warrego highway, just 1.5 hr to Brisbane. I would recommend Emu Gully because of their staff, facilities, activities, food, and the emu.

Everyone complaining about the "punishments", you all need to be forced into the defense force. It is a great camp that teaches stuck-up whiney little teenagers to get in there and just do it. It teaches consequences and mateship. Great camp. DO NOT STOP what you are doing.

We went on a school one day camp, and it was super fun! We stared the day with a simple game, getting a hoop around our group in as fast as possible. We then went through 3 activites (meant to be 4, but we ran out of time) which showed a snippet of ANZAC struggles. We crawled through pipes, which helped us build trust and communication in the group. Then we had to climb a wall, using nothing but eachother! Then we had to cross a 'bridge' walk over a tiny platform and cross one person. Again, this helped with trust. We then climbed more tunnels, and our group helped eachother out a lot. Now, I'm a complete introvert, but this helped me realise just how supportive we can be of one another. The Kokoda trail was the best part, I'm just glad I have short hair, or I'd still be trying to get mud out! I would totally recommend this, I loved it and it really shows how to trust eachother!
