With all the problems you hear about with new caravans regarding quality, workmanship and service we have nothing but praise for the team at Elross. Our caravan was built and finished during the difficult Covid times of 2020. Being in WA we were able to take a 2 month trip to the North West in our new van as the maiden voyage. With 20 years caravanning under our belt Declan designed the caravan to our specifications and we got exactly what we wanted. This maiden voyage had a few teething problems which upon our return were promptly fixed during our free first service. If you want a good, strong caravan without and new van worries you cant go past Elross. I highly recommend them.

Elross built our food trailer and their craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. Having our Elross ECX15 built by Declan and his team has been a collaborative partnership throughout the build. Declan built our van to our specifications while offering advice and suggestions along the way. We were welcomed into the workshop to see the progress of the van, with Declan taking the time out to explain what had been done, where they were at and what was next. Declan is very receptive to feed back that will help enhance his product. We are very happy with our finished van and are confident to recommend Declan and Elross to anyone who is keen to have a custom built van that is also made in Western Australia.
