I bought a TV for my ancient aunt. The product's great, so was the price. They would have installed it too, if she hadn't said 'No thank you', because that's what old ladies do - leave it for someone else who doesn't know what they're doing to install instead, because they're too polite to put someone else out. It was a day late arriving, but they kept me updated, so no worries. One star off for late and just because I'm cranky wiith her that I had to install the thing.

totally agreed with Mary Soliman. be careful! Do not go to these people! They are promising Factory second but selling second hand! During COVID19, when many families tried to save money, Nathan and Robi from Electronics Centre are taking advantage of us. They promised a brand new fridge and only a small dent on the front left side. My wife and I asked to see the fridge, but Robi told us the refrigerator is at the back warehouse and he can not reach; however, he showed us a photo of a small dent, swear to god that is the only thing, all brand new untouched. We agreed to pay a 500 deposit. A few days later, when they told me that the fridge is ready to shift, and we need to pay the rest. We came to the warehouse, and when I checked the fridge I found that they set for us a 2nd hand fridge, I realise why he said that fridge was at the back I took these photos, check your self, I asked my money back and no longer making a business with them. I called them, Nathan hung up on me. On my 2nd calls, Robi answers and yell on us over the phone. Both my wife and I could not handle this. We had to contact ACCC and Fair Trading to get our money back. Make your self Happy Christmas - find honest people to deal with God bless you.
Faulty product. Was actually threatened by staff. Another interesting quote "Call fair trading I'll leave the country before those idiots can shut me down!" My advice go elsewhere!! Have reported to fair trading
I bought a washer and a dryer from here and was happy with the products and the pricing. Pre-sales service and responsiveness was good and the products were delivered in good time. The delivery service can be described as no-frills. I saved money by shopping here - would buy again.
Service was good and the product is good to. We know its a factory second when qe bought so we knew it might have minor damage/defects. The washing machine leaks a little inside even when its not running.. and I found that the machine was used before as filters were dirty and there was water when it arrived.
Amazing Experience! Nathan put me at ease with everything and has really good communication! best customer service! Really happy with fridge purchase! cheapest by far compared to other stores and amazing product!
Purchased a "factory second" fridge which came with the statutory 12 warranty. Fridge broke down after 6 months and was repaired after a few phone calls. Around 2 months later the fridge broke down again with the same issue and after constantly chasing them for over 2 months not only are they seemingly refusing to do any further repairs, now they won't even answer my phone enquiries. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this store.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, with all the bad reviews here I’m surprised they still have a business. Rude, unprofessional and scammers
