I called them for asking a work experience position earlier, even the spot is filled, the gentleman who is on the phone was polite and with patient. i reckon people who talk to others who came ask for a favor like him, must treat their work with a lot pride and very responsible to their custurmer.

He even pointed out problems which had been overlooked by previous electricians, and sorted out an ongoing light issue which others had failed to solve.
