Risk of it not being effective with a generic screen replacement which was communicated & acknowledged. As did the effectiveness of the touch (was horrid after repair, I'm ok because it was mentioned) the 30 day warranty is good and unfortunately couldn't get back in time for them to adjust an error as my car broke down..the error for 3 stars was the self camera screen/component coming back filthy and unable to take self pictures. service is helpful over the phone too but doesn't take away the error considering the outlay to get it fixed. Also the phone now overheats often rendering the repair a total loss considering the experience. So 5 star service in communication from helpful staff over the phone and in-store. Unfortunately the minus 2 for the quality of repair and cost associated which is acknowledged and appreciated. Would still return but more weary to look at every little bit after its fixed.

My huawei screen was broken. They really helped me out when I needed an urgent fix. They honour their warranty.They very helpful and do a very good job.I will use them again .Pakenham shop and Glen Waverly shop.
I took my mobile phone of 2 yrs there, that wasn't able to charge properly. I was under impression that charging socket is faulty, must be replaced and was thinking it'll cost me couple of hundreds of dollars and still there won't be a guarantee that opening it doesn't cause any further damage. However he told me it might be just accumulated dust inside charging socket that interfere with electrical connections. He cleaned it up for 15 minuets and problem solved. I very much recommend this guy. He is honest, knowledgeable and treat and charge you on a fairly basis.

Nothing but great service from Ken who fixed my Samsung S9 within an hour. They needed a day to get the genuine Samsung Service Pack which I gladly placed a deposit. Ken was flexible with the timings and it was a quick turn around time, said an hour but he did it in about 40 mins give or take. This is a second time I'm fixing the glass of my bloody phone and Ken did an quick and clean job. Like the average user, I took my chance with EB Mobile & Repair, I relied on the reviews to make a decision. My experience has been positive and I hope yours will too.
