Absolutely horrible service. Went to buy a box of straws and showed the specific type of sample from their own office that we needed. Opened the box to find that it was the WRONG TYPE so we went back to ask for the one i needed. He refused to give me an exchange BECAUSE WE "OPENED THE BOX ALREADY" AND BECAUSE WE ARE NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER. Is this our fault?? We find this extremely illogical and ridiculous especially since we even showed him what we needed. This place is pretty expensive so we wouldnt be going unless we were urgent.

Simple down to earth service that gets it right every time
We have dealing with Lida Trading for over 20 years . Rob and his lovely wife Nicki , are always advising us of new products that we can use in our business . Rob has great knowledge of products he stocks and great prices very very decent guy to deal with. Also his staff know what they stock so they will find what works for you . If Rob is not there Dan is the man to go to . Keep up the good work guys .
