I got a totally different impression of this place on first contact over the phone. Came across as a smart a#@ and was told the age old ode of “take it back where you bought it” line Some people just don’t know how to handle customers who unbeknown to them, could be a potentially valuable customer, Anyway, didn’t bother me in the slightest, but I do know who not to recommend in future.

Fantastic service leading into the purchase of a new motor, during the sales proccess and any questions i had had in the weeks after were answered in the same friendly, knowledgeable manner. Extremely happy, cannot reccomend enough.
I've used Kev at Lake Eppalock Marine to maintain my boats for near on 15 years and I couldn't recommend Kev any higher. He has always informed me of extra work that was required before he starts. He is always on time, communicates well, and I have the confidence to venture out wide knowing my boats are up to speed and will perform at their highest. (No untimely break downs ever). His knowledge about boat's and how to keep them are second to none.
