Newbies would definitely get tricked here. Be careful. Also, always remember to check the info if you would get insured with them. In addition, don't waste any time of them while paying, or they will get quite mad. So, just one tip, go to the ducati Brighton instead. Never visited there, but how possibley would it be worse?

Went into store on last week looking to buy a new bike and a younger guy who served me wasn't too knowledgeable about prices etc on the bike they had on the floor. He advised i had to speak to Jack who was the sales person. I asked him if we could go and ask him but was instead offered a business card for Jack, who blindly handed him one to give to me while sitting down at his desk on a computer. I was then advised to give Jack a call to find out more on price?? Um, hello, i was instore and you want me to leave and call? Never had such poor service, wasn't even acknowledged and given the option to wait from Jack or his busy etc:? Would expect more from a specialised Ducati dealer, i can get better service at Bunnings.

Walked in looking for my next bike. They left me alone, which was good, but when I asked to sit on a desert sled to check seat height, I was told no, that bike is sold, and that was it. Fair enough, but then don't just ignore me, or write me off as a tyre kicker. The sales guy could have said that bike over there has a similar seat height, which you're welcome to try, or we'll have another one that you can try in a few days. Just ignored me. Fraser motorcycles will not be getting the benefit of my cash in the future.
