The team at Lloyd Penn Motorcycles took care of my Triumph Tiger 800 for a major service (20.000ks). I have to say I am very impressed with the service provided. The major revision was done within a day. I then received a phone call explaining what was done and what were the next steps. I was provided with a detailed invoice explaining what was done and what would be the things to check in the future. The bike was also cleaned. Upon pickup, I quickly noticed that all the joints/pivot points were cleaned and lube was applied. The bike is now super smooth and great to ride. Very happy with the service and pricing! Thanks guys for looking after my bike ! Will come back for future services.

My bike got a good check over too and a few things were identified that will need attention in the coming months. The guys here know what they’re doing and are very friendly. The 5 star reviews do not lie, These guys really are the best bike shop in Sydney! They accommodated me on very short notice to do the first major scheduled service on my Yamaha R3. I had previously called the Yamaha dealer in Parramatta to enquire and was told 4 weeks away was the earliest booking they could offer, Lloyd Penn booked me in with 3 days notice. Their level of service, advice, price and professionalism blew me away. Dropped the bike in at their shop on a Friday morning and it was ready by 1pm the same day, earlier than I had expected. The bike had also been cleaned and was looking immaculate. My bike is running like a dream and I couldn't be happier! Thanks heaps guys, I'll be seeing you again for my next service!

Took my new 2nd hand bike in i had just purchased and asked them to just check it out for me. They happily gave it a once-over, checked the alignment, brakes, oil etc. Gave me a bit of info about maintaining it, answered my questions. Very helpful and didn't try to flog me anything i didn't need. Friendly team that didn't make me feel out of place, coming in on my L's on a LAMS approved motorbike that i had barely any knowledge of. Would recommend 5/5.
