Been a loyal customer for many years always bought all of my Milwaukee tools. Tool 2 tool back to get fixed and can't due to no receipt being kept on my account. Can not organise parts or to be sent off to be repaired. I did not even want to cover under warranty. I wanted to pay for them. Poor service and zero reward for customer loyalty.

They will not honour the low-price matching policy, they chose to overcharge customer by changing the prices. Very disappointed.

Service promised not reciprocated, several phone calls, several drop in's to store with regard to a product, apparently one of only one they order from US. Was informed after many calls/visits to the Moonah store that they would contact me when the item came in as i was told on many occasions,was meant to arrive mid July, no communication as yet and in reality don't expect to receive any. Found some people employed there to be helpful and polite, others disrespectful and arrogant even down to the way they look at you. Plenty of other tool supplies around with much better reputations (based on other reviews read) . Thanks, can't say more than if you don't want to serve and be honest with customers, shut the door and go home.

I got a saw when got it home it had dust all over it but when I rang up it was the best service I have had the manger said that he would be there at 5 ok that night and he was has i said it was the best service I had and he said 200 dollars to spend i said to him to pick out 200 dollars for me and when he come with the saw and goods it was spot on p.s best service I have had and I am man of 73 year of age so I have been around
