I came here as I was in the area and we thought we might see what we might need. Baby Bunting has found a really good location for an area that's just swelling with all the families moving here for the affordable real estate and the hipster cafes. It's also hard to miss with its large banner by the main thoroughfare to the highway and main roads. There is also a large car park with many parking dedicated for BB customers and of course, parking for people with babies. I used to think BB is a place for premium baby brands. It's actually more like a chemist warehouse where there are a number of brands with decent prices due to economy of scales. So you're able to get a better price here than smaller retailers. The staff that helped us were pretty good and patient with our questions as parents to be for the first time. We were to make a decision as what brand to try regarding pumps and bottles. We are able to recommend checking out the place. I'm not sure if you're able to do car fitting for your baby seats here, so I'll check with them before buying any but I assume they would.

Yesterday I needed urgent help to sort out a baby seat/carrier I had bought from Baby Bunting. The staff were terrific in particular Sarah who with ease and poise was able to get myself and grandchild sorted. It is people like Sarah who are the front for the business. She should be regarded as a huge asset to the store. As a result of her quick and skilled response, I have told many people just how good the service was for us. So good.
Did a phone order with them for a carseat I couldn't buy online but they had it in stock - got it order and posted so quickly it arrived the next day! Great customer service!
Amazing service, ordered late on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday morning. All my orders have been progressed fast and packaged perfect.
I attended the Baby Bunting First Birthday Sale in the Glenorchy (TAS) store on the weekend. I was greeted with such an enthusiastic and warm manner by the staff. My experience in store was fabulous. The staff have amazing product knowledge and are easily able to identify the needs of their customers. I found Narelle to be highly personable and her team are very engaged. Well done BB Tassie!

I love this place ! My partner and i were in there for over an hour trying to decide what we would be buying come boxing day sales and one of the ladies offered me a drink!! With this being our first child they helped us with everything.
