Lovely new waiting room with comfortable chairs .Reception is polite and responsive. The doctors I have seen over last 3 years are very caring .We at Deception Bay are fortunate to have a great smart clinic like this also X-rays and ultrasound are a minute walk from this clinic which is very convenient and a chemist is in the shopping centre

Generally speaking I don't have many issues with the GPs here, and have been lucky enough to have had two AMAZING practitioners in the past, however, on a few occasions I've seen a certain GP when no others have been available. His demeanor and bedside manner has been horrid both times and he's had no interest in hearing my concerns regarding my child. His responses have been cold and uncaring, and in no way helpful. I intend to seek a second opinion from another practice to see if I need to take this any further and will now have to consider whether it's worthwhile having any of my family continue on with this practice. Extremely disappointing.

Receptionists are the worst I have ever experienced, no people skills whatsover, abrupt, and rude, they see you standing there but dont acknowledge you...the 3 older women and male there need a bit of compassion, even if you dont like working there at least pretend you like working there..management need to take a bit of notice of these reviews..If I performed like this in my place of work I would have had a talking to by now or shown the door.....This is not an isolated incident, I have been using this practice for 28 years and nothing has changed, If it wasnt for the doctors and my history I would change

Highly recommend this practice. The doctor I normally see here is very thorough, and is easy to discuss any concerns with. The other doctors I've seen on the team here have also been great. Reception staff are always polite and helpful. The nurse I saw for removal of stitches recently was also amazing and gentle. They relocated recently within the same shopping centre to the other end and their new location here is nice and modern. This place is an asset to the community and I look forward to seeing it continue to grow.

Best doctors ever. Caring and professional, very friendly, genuine and listen to everything you have to say. Reception staff are so helpful and always try to accommodate you wherever possible. All staff are fantastic. They strive to make you feel better even when you feel at your worst.
