I haven't used them but I did send a query regarding whether I should be fixing or buying a new washer, and although they didn't need to, they spent their time to reply to my query.
Tina and Mark have been very helpful finding us a washer and fridge for our first home. They kept a lookout for what we were looking for over several weeks and called as soon as they came in. Delivered exactly when we needed it. We had some unforeseen issues with the fridge and they came twice to fix it before swapping it out whilst fixing the original one and re-delivering. Would definitely use them in the future for appliances!

I have been a very satisfied customer of this business for over 10 years. I have moved house several times yet this company will be the only number I will call if I need their service. I have previously bought a dryer off them and have just yesterday bought a washing machine from them. Besides my purchase, I have used their repair service many, many times. They are reasonably priced and the service is fantastic. They say as they do and do as they say. I have found them to be reliable, punctual and honest. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly at all times and I hope they are around for a long, long time. They know their stuff! A very, very happy customer of this business!
