Great service and professional advice.
Today I went in and enquired about getting a TIG welder for my workshop. I knew what I needed it for and that's all I needed to know. Bill from Days industrial served me and I have to say that it was the most professional service I have ever experienced. He asked me all the important questions and understood future business prospects I most likely will encounter. His recommendations of the machine I will need was perfect, with a couple of options for me to choose from, I selected the UNIMIG 200 ACDC TIG purely because I already have a UNIMIG MIG welder and it's performance is perfect. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, he explained everything to me in plain English and gave me a great understanding of aspects I had no idea about. If that wasn't enough, he then prepared the machine for me to try and I was blown away with his knowledge on welding and his advice on how the machine operated in different conditions and situations. I never once felt pressured or awkward if I didn't understand something. Needless to say that my decision to go to Days industrial is definitely one of my finest. I don't know if Days is competitive on price and I don't really care, because I know they are unbeatable on service. Thank you guys for a marvelous experience and I'll see you all again soon.
