Dealt with ABSOE for work - Brendan was very helpful, and was absolutely amazing to order from. I was ordering from 400km from Brisbane - everything was done with email, and Brendan made it easy, and the response time between emails was fantastic. Couldn't speak more highly of this business. I will definitely be using them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Do not waste your time going here. What they advertise on facebook market place and gumtree for price are completely false. Compactus shelves sell for 500-1500 depending on the bays and condition. They advertise for 800 to 1300 but when you go there they want 3000 to 3,500 a complete rip off for used office furniture. Also the staff member I spoke too was very rude and unhelpful as if he was not interested in selling. Problem is here there is no competition to adjust there attitude.
While the store was great, delivery on the other hand was abbismal. Ok, while we expected only one person to deliver, some one who could actually move the furniture purchased would have been good. Not only could he not bring furniture up stairs, but slid it all around the truck on its tops, damaging the surfaces. No padding was placed between furniture to prevent damage. Ok, I bought used furniture, but I expected it to be delivered in the same condition I purchased it in. Tried to contact the store but was cut off.
Appalling and downright rude customer service. We entered the store and no one greeted us... nothing but stares from the staff and made us feel like we weren't welcome. We asked a salesperson if we could ask some questions about stock. His reply was "well, there's no one else here, so I guess it's me you need to talk to". Don't waste your time. My feedback to the business is to get your staff trained in common courtesy.
New and used bulk business equipment sold at competitive prices. Store organization could be improved. The service was very attentive and helpful.
The staff are great but the company is just terribly run. Try organising your business so the staff are properly equipped for what they need to do
I was desparate for some unique pallet racking & Brendan not only sourced it, he did so at a very keen price. I wish all my suppliers were as good as this man.
