Having a chainsaw that plugs into mains power and works is a blessing around the home. No more mixing fuel that goes stale six months later. No noise, no fumes. The STIHL MSE 170C will do me. The staff at Dawn Mowers and Hire Equipment were very helpful and informative about showing me how to safely use this easy to operate saw.
Dropped in this morning for an issue that was completely unrelated to mowers and hire equipment. I needed to borrow some allen keys and the guys were more than happy to accomidate me! Thanks again fellas!
Dropped a blower off to be serviced at Dawn mowers. After not hearing from them for weeks, I contacted them to find out if it was ready to be picked up. They said on the phone they couldn't find it and that they would call me back once they found it. Never heard back from them. So I called back a week later and was informed they had thrown my blower out. No call to ask of that was okay with me. Im absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism. I would of taken it elsewhere to be repaired or even used as parts. They had no right to just throw it out. Be going there for many many years. Will never be back or reccommed.
These guys are the best in the business, you can trust them to give you the best advise everytime in my experience. Craig in service was so helpful in my recent experience calling to give some advice when giving my brushcutter a service, gave me a call that saved some money and gave me a better outcome, I have hired equipment from them bought a couple of mowers - great team.
I just wanted to pass on my exceptional customer service i have recently experienced. I recently purchased a new toro zero turn mower and unfortunately it had a faulty v belt. One phone call to Steve at dawn mowers and a replacement belt was ordered and in store the next day. The customer service did not end there, Steve delivered the belt to me at home after hours in Lang Lang. A Huge thanks to Steve and the team at Dawn Mowers who have gone above and beyond with customer service,and making my purchase very easy, and the after purchase support is second to none.

Hi, a couple of weeks ago I ordered and received 6 snake chaser units, after deploying them (and meeting a 2 1/2 ft tiger when deciding the location for the last unit) I realised I needed 2 more units, I rang at 3pm Wed 14th spoke to Sam, ordered 3, he told me he’d send them ASAP. I picked them up this morning Fri 16th from the post office. That’s service. Thanks to Sam and the management who make it possible for him to do his job with such positive effect.
