Purchased a Heavy Duty work station from Super Rack and got it delivered to Sydney. The sales representative was very prompt with email replies. Upon receiving the product, there were a few minor issues which was handled very promptly by the team. They were very accomodating and understanding. The product was quality and as described on the website. I would definitely buy from them again.
There had been issues, however I think better descriptions on products would eliminate alot of confusion. Ultimately missing parts fixed, but now left with product I can't use. Products items are great quality.
