I have been going to DMFP for about 8 years now and they always go above and beyond. About 2 months ago my mother had tried to go to her Doctor's practice as she was feeling very unwell, they turned her away, she then went to DMFP, reception took one look at her and saw how unwell she was and was able to get her in to a Dr within 15 minutes. In a nutshell, the Dr sent her to the hospital and it turns out she was very ill and could have died. If my mum did not see a Dr she was going to go home in the hope that it would pass. I could not recommend this practice enough. Thank you for always putting people first.

Terrible service. Saw Dr Santosh Parab who took 2 seconds to assess and decide there was nothing wrong and send you back out the door. Made out like I was wasting his time and have no idea when something is wrong with my own body. Will never return to this practice.
I haven’t been here for over two years as I had been living overseas. I went in and have had several session with doctor Mahesh Ramalingham and he has always been great with talking me through symptoms, his thoughts, causes and treatment options. The online booking app is also great The paid parking is bit of a downside though.
For many years Dr.Robert Armstrong have been our family GP. from my husband, myself, mother in law to my granddaughters .He look after us with dignity, respect,caring and very friendly manners. Dr.Armstrong always took a great care to my husband until he loss the battle and pass away. I feel very grateful you are my doctor and I hope you can continue taking care of us
Highly recommended. The staff are lovely and help as much as they possibly can, they are fantastic. Dr. Ooi is amazing, he may run late each day but that is because he cares and never rushes you out the door with a script jammed in your hand, he does everything that needs to be done and then asks if there is anything else you need! I wait knowing that when it is my turn i will be dealt with in a caring, methodical, in depth and non rushing manner with a personal manner. Caring professionals, that is all you need to know.
It has been approximately a year since I started coming to Dapto Medical and Family Practice. My first impressions of this practice were very favourable and they continue to be that way. I have found the staff at Reception to be particularly welcoming, helpful and friendly (so different to previous experiences).Love the HotDoc app which makes scheduling an appointment very easy and convenient. Dr Armstrong has been my family’s GP for a number of years. He has provided healthcare of a very high standard, due to his proactive and thorough approach during consultations and the follow up arrangements for any specialist care. I highly recommend Dapto Medical and Family Practice.
Booked appointment, called to confirm time and then left over an hour waiting. Spoke to male staff remember, no apology just a shrug shoulders. Absolutely no concern about other people’s appointments - won’t be back!
I have been attending this practice, for 18 months or so, I did this so as to follow Dr R.J. Armstrong, this caring man has looked after my health for the best part of eleven years, I very much enjoy his manner,his candid approach, he tells it as it is, which very good for me as I need a push from time to time, however it is Dr Armstrong's ability to diagnose and care for his patients such as he has for me over the years, that keeps me returning to this practice. The practice it"s self is very well run under Dr Ooi,who has been serving in Dapto for many years. It is a complete Medical Centre, with many other disciplines at this centre also.
