We have 2 Samsung Fridges that needed repair. One of which had very complicated issues. The Technician was brilliant, knew his stuff and left no stone unturned until he resolved the problem. Our fridge is now running perfectly again. Professional, friendly, old fashioned service with a smile. Thank you Marsh. The office were great with communication and customer service. We would highly recommend Nationwide to family and friends and will use again.

Repairman attended our home, took the back off the dryer, fixed nothing, put the back back on, said that the dryer will have to go back to the workshop for repair, his visit will cost 154 which will also cover the cost of collection by workshop, only additional cost will be for parts which he assured me will be minor (under 50) Waited a month, no one came, rang them up only to be told that the cost of repair (pick up, parts, labour and delivery) is 627 on top of original charge. 781! You're kidding me! If the original purchase cost of the dryer was around 1500 I might consider their repair/costs. Customer service have since rung me to explain what went wrong and even offered a small "cash back" payment, which was fair enough. I told them they need to check the information they have/collect on the customer and liaise a little more closely with their technicians!

I had a really good experience with Damian in Sydney. He fixed our Washing Machine and explained to me what he was doing and what went wrong. I really appreciated this. From when i called and the washing machine was fixed was less than 24 hours. Super quick. Cheers

Update: Sham from Sales responded quickly to my review and been helpful to help rearranging the repair. For his hard work, I would like to update this review. It is nice to see the company cares about customer service and try to improve it. (17/2/2021) If I could give zero star, I would do. Firstly, booking staff said my booking wasn't confirmed after we waited the whole morning despite I received booking confirmation email. Let alone each time it took very long waiting in the queue to get connected on the phone. Secondly, after my complaining they organized the next day visit which sounded helpful, the technician finally arrived nearly to the end of 4 hours window, he basically only had a look then said he doesn't have any spare parts which need ordering. 5 mins looking cost us 154 . The quotation came back for nearly 400 to replace a hot plate and a temperature switch including their labor again. Such a rip off! Avoid this company if you could.(1/2/2021)

In reponse to the owner's comment: This is the right review for the right company. I checked your number before posting. You are correct, despite my best efforts we did not become your customers. I tried to book for a family member. 1. Initial response was that you don't work after 3pm 2. Then I was offered a time the following week (what happened to same day service?) 3. Finally all booked in. Then a few hours later, another call back saying you don't service cooktops.
