The unprofessionalism and lack of interest in our matter was very disappointing at our last visit with one of the staff members at Hymans Solicitors Dandenong. He was not even considering our presence in a welcoming manner and his attitude towards us was very hurting. This is the professionals job to deal with the client in a respectful manner which was missing in our meeting and we were devalued by the quality of his conversation.
