Amazing service! So different to any other bike shop I've been to. I can't go anywhere else to get my MTB fixed now as no where else compares with Trek Currumbin's ;lovely staff, helpfulness, prices, everything! The staff takes the time to explain what they are fixing on my bike. They are so reliable and I really trust them. Thank you so much Trek Currumbin! I finally found my bike shop :)

Best bike shop around so much so that I drive the 2 and a half hours each way to get my new bikes each season. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always friendly and helpful, they always put my best interests first even if it’s not the best sale they could make and every time I visit I I’m glad to see the same happy faces smiling back at me my stable of trek bikes from this store grows with every visit and I’m happy to call palm beach supercycles my (not so) local shop. I look forward to many more great experiences within this store!!
Took my Trek MTB in today to have a bolt replaced. The customer service from both Nina and Adrian was exceptional. The shop has a nice chilled out vibe and there is plenty of parking which was a bonus.
From the initial phone call I dealt with Matt, he was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. The following day I came to look at the bike, I was impressed by the clean and well presented trek Currumbin store. Matt showed me the bike and allowed me to test ride it, straight away I could feel the bike was great quality. Matt finalised the payment and the beast was mine! I’ve ridden the bike twice since the purchase and I’m extremely happy with it, huge thanks to Matt and the guys at trek for their professional service. I would highly recommend trek Currumbin and trek products!

Juan was amazing! Great for a chat and super knowledgeable about their bikes. Casual environment and super easy to browse and buy. Only problem is you will probably end up wanting more than just one bike!
Rang up looking for extra heavy duty tube. They said yes yes yes worth the drive. They have in stock. Got there and was just a low quality tube at high quality price. Clearly this store will say anything for a sale then sell you junk thats going to fail right away.
