Highest recommendation for quality products and even better customer service. You know there’s a real commitment to customer service when there’s an issue and the response and resolution leaves you happier than you would have been if everything had been fine in the first place. Friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, Andrew is a great ambassador for urban farming and his enthusiasm is infectious. He is helpful and generous and has hand delivered several orders to save me shipping costs on bulky orders. I highly recommend hydroponics, especially the urbipod which is such a great entry level product and I definitely recommend urban green farms because you will be well looked after on your exciting, addictive journey!

Andy from Urban Green Farms personally gave me a call noting i had forgotten to order a key part of my Aquaponic Fish Tanks order, and that he had thrown it in for free! He also proceeded to provide me his direct line for if i have any issues or questions about the setup process. After he finished off the call with some great advice for starting out with the product. The product was planned to be a Christmas gift as i assumed it would take ages to arrive but its already on its way and will be here well before then! Amazing customer support from the team! Do not see this all that often these days. Keep up the amazing work, products look amazing!

I was looking for some specific seeds that were a bit difficult to find in bulk and I was recommended 4 different options and managed to place an order right away - very helpful staff! TY guys!
Great Service, Ordered the week before Christmas (Thursday or Friday), received a phone call within half an hour, saying they'd deliver over the weekend personally. Wasn't expecting to receive before Christmas but they insisted. Looking forward to setting it all up.
