Every single time I've been there to get a load of timber products I've had to struggle by myself to pick from packs of twisted and broken lengths of timber and not get any discount for a broken or twisted piece, and then get to the trade counter and wait for the person on the other side to stop stuffing around and serve me and charge a arm and a leg for the timber, then they would ask if I wanted a hand to get the timber after I've already done the job myself. Bloody hopeless customer service there!

I've heard there's a new Bunnings being built in Inverell which is fantastic news, because the current store is crowded, hot in summer and very tired. If the new store is as good as the Bunnings in Tamworth it will be amazing
