Maid in australia completes a weekly clean for my mother who is on NDIS. They do a great job every week and Robyn who does the cleaning is amazing with my mother, after her stroke she has limited speech and movement but Robyn goes above and takes her time with my mum to make sure she is happy with the service. Thank you team and thank you Robyn!

Had our home quoted up by Jamie. He showed us through exactly what would be done in our home and discussed the benefits of using their business. We received a quote and signed up on the spot. We loved that they didn't lock us in with contracts. First service has now been completed by our cleaner and it was exactly as expected. I can recommend this business with confidence. Expressing that I was fussy on my cleaning prior to a quote it was agreed that Maid in Australia was still willing to quote me on my job. I expressed my expectations once again which I was told that it would be done and if I wasn't happy with the job then a form would be completed and ensured it would be done properly on their next return. I received the quote promptly and I had a few questions so I replied to the email. I never received a reply, I followed up by sending a text message almost a week later and no reply to that. I checked my emails when I got home to have received a reply email that day only to be rejected to work for me. I didn't even get a chance to view for myself if they were any good at cleaning but if they couldn't stand up to their own words then maybe not. I have only put 1 star as I could not post without one otherwise there would have been a no star rating.
Excellent cleaning business to know and deal with. Give them a call if you want a high level of service at an affordable price.
