To all those people who gave good feedback try spending over 1,000 for supply and install and see the rude service and quality. I had very bad experience with this business, we spend around 4,000 on flyscreen, security doors and wardrobs. After 4 weeks and delays they called and demanded payment upfront in full or else they wont deliver or install and they would not give a refund on deposit its their way or you get nothing (Very rude customer service on the phone). This was in January 2020 now its August 2020 and the flyscreen are lose and security doors are noise, wardrobs are garbage and bad quality. I also email in January and asked for the warranty certificate and i never got a response (as for me there is no warranty on the product). Basically if you spend lots of money they will demand payment first and then treat you very bad and rude talking talking on the phone. When you get a quot from them make sure you understand the payment terms deposit and when you need to pay the balance and warranty before you pay any deposit. (make sure everything is in writing) Just a little follow up, i did give them another bad feedback in January and somehow they managed to flag that review as unappropriated and google had the review deleted. I would not be surprised if there is more unhappy clients but they are managing to have them removed. I can also back my review with email i send to Rocbilt if this time google remove this review.

I would have given zero stars if there was an option,. Highly unprofessional company, couldn''t do a simple job of fly screens, they have to come 5 times to fix. They always came with wrong measurements. Can you imagine they put a sliding door without door handles, i have call them and inform, otherwise i would left with a door without handles. They take money in advance and leave the job in middle and it becomes our responsibility to follow up. its very clear that they only want money but do not want to provide good service. Alex the owner is highly unprofessional came to my place to pick up the uneven screens, didn't even call back to give feedback, I gave a formal complaint he didn't even bother to follow up with his highly disappointed customer. I would recommend not to deal with rocbilt for any jobs, they are money mongers, not service oriented.
