Seaton glass were the only company that were able to produce the splashback that we wanted. They were professional, accommodating and polite throughout. They gave us the correct advice at all times and even advised us against certain things that we considered. We're really pleased our splashback and we're super happy that we chose Seaton glass.
Friendly staff and good price
Incompetent and unprofessional. Completed a brand new bathroom renovation, and hired Seaton Glass to install a shower a screen. The installer shows up, tells me to worry because he's been doing this for twenty years, and drills into the wall and bursts a water pipe. Completely unsatisfactory customer service from the owner of the company from this point on, who offers compensation of 500, for damage that cost almost 2000 to fix. Will be taking this company to court to seek compensation.
