Went into the shop to get my computer looked at and turns out my computer had a virus they called me and quoted me a price that I was happy with and it was done by the next day. The new owner is super friendly and genuinely nice person happy to recommend to friends and family.

Dane the new owner of sometime now, has been my "goto" person to get my rather unusual computer installation problems sorted out. Has always ready to listen and act - he gets busy (because he is so good) but the results are worth it
I have waited for over a month now for what was only suppose to take 7 - 10 days, I have tried calling to see what the hell is going on, only to be instructed to call back in 20 minutes, after waiting for an hour I tried calling over 10 times to get no reply over the course of 1 hour. The owner/employee was very rude and condescending, he has also had the reputation of ripping people off. He tried charging my mother 150 to use a function on the computer that due didn't understand at the time, nothing but a bunch of crooks.
Just because i've seen negative reviews i felt i should have my say: Went there for parts for a complete build in 2012, they knew their stuff and were polite and helpful. Prices were higher than you pay in sydney or on the net but that's to be expected for a rural (from sydney's point of view) shop. They ordered the parts for me and it was all there the next day. Cut to now, my motherboard has died and i don't know if my processor is ok or not. I phoned them and asked for prices on motherboard and processor, told them of my problem and they're giving me a compatible second hand motherboard with slightly less powerful processor (incase my better one is dead) for 60. Picking it up tomorrow. Happy.
SHOCKING!!! My wife and I went in this business to get a new hard drive put into our computer, the owner Craig Webster said it would cost 189 total, we agreed on that. The next day we went to pick up our computer and he said he was not able to do the job. He then handed us an invoice fo 65. We querried why we were being charged 65 when he did nothing to the computer? He instantly got verbally agressive and then grabbed our computer from us and said "if you don't want to pay, I will see you in court". My wife and I were shocked by this and told him we were not comfortable with this situation, and leaving our computer with him, as it has all our financial details etc on it, and he started screaming at us to leave his business immediately. So we grabbed our computer and went to leave when suddenly Craig, the owner, ran around the counter and tackled me and started to thrash me around, my wife was screaming for him to stop, and he wouldn't, he finally lost his grip on me and my wife and I ran from the building. We immediately contacted the police and we are now in the process of taking legal action against him and his company for assault. I would not trust this man and his company, and I would NEVER allow my wife or children to enter his business as he is a volitile and dangerous man. Assaulting a customer is not "good customer service". Shop elsewhere if you are in need of computer assistance forsure!
