I must say when I Google searched “Como Wine and Spirits” for their phone number tonight I was surprised to see such negative feedback! Trading hours need to be updated immediately… (Google; closed at 5pm on Mondays when in fact 10pm on Mondays) Trading hour’s aside… I have always enjoyed Mario’s recommendation for a fine drop and will continue purchasing from him in future Michael (Clara Apartments)
Same as above! The owner is actually disgusting. I have severe allergies and came in with red eyes from this and was asked to leave has he told me I was intoxicated. It was early Saturday afternoon! I explained my allergies to him ( not that I even should need to ) but was still treated disrespectfully. How dare someone be allowed to treat people this way. A friend was also told by this creep to go to liquor land as it would be more with in their "price range". Before this experience I actually came in with my mother and saw him humiliating and mocking some Asian tourists as they were calculating the price . He was ridiculing them and speaking to them in the most horrendous manner. Unfortunately he is the owner and seems like a sad pathetic racist , agist man so I do not see him changing in his ways. I never returned after this so I advise a boycott of his establishment. If he happens to be reading this I really hope you work on improving yourself otherwise you are going to die a very lonely man.

I went there last Sunday morning, and could not believe how rude the elderly gentlemen at the counter was. He was in such a foul mood, he firstly said we were not appropriately dressed, So when did going into a bottle shop with shorts and a t-shirt get classified as under dressed?Next he actually told us to go to Dan Murphy's for a better deal, and was right in our face waiting for us to exit, I ve been to numerous bottle shops. This one was by far the worst experience ever, it made me wonder if he was actually from Como. Never again for me. PS - In all fairness, maybe the management prefer patrons dressed in suits on a lazy Sunday morning:-)
