In the middle of multiple university assessments and a week out front Christmas, my partners MacBook Pro decided to not charge anymore. Took it in to Coffs Computers on Tuesday morning. The team had the problem diagnosed and new logic board ordered under warranty by the end of the day. We picked up repaired laptop at 3.00 on Thursday!! Incredibly happy with the teams efforts. Their customer service at every turn was impeccable and their response time to our ‘emergency situation’ was more than we could have hoped for. Thanks for being awesome!
