Sent an application in for a rental that I was so excited about - my dream home really. Called to make sure the property manager Laura La Face had received it and very quickly and abruptly she told me that the owner wasn’t interested and not to bother coming to the open inspection as it would be a waste of time. She wouldn’t give me any feedback and was quite rude. I have a disability and I wonder if this was the reason as I have excellent references, rental history and have never been a day late with rent and I would have been a perfect tenant. Really disappointed in the manner I was dealt with and the owners have really missed out here.

Just wanted to share and provide a positive 'glowing report' for Laura La Face. Laura has looked after my property for a while now and she has constantly kept me informed and updated on all aspects of the property and tenants. She has been able to locate suitable tenants from me, when the time has come to do so - and this has been completed quickly, with not too much 'downtime' re rent for me. We found Michael to be very honest and upfront about the process. He was always available to ask any questions and give his advice. He explained his reasoning to go to auction, and we had an exceptional result. He followed up all the potential buyers and had great insight as to where we stood on auction day. Incredible professional who goes the extra mile From the beginning of the journey selling our home, Michael and Elaine were knowledgeable, professional and so easy to engage with. Michael and the team were amazing. We rented our property through them and were kept up to date with everything.They were great with getting small maintenance jobs completed on time and on budget, and were fantastic with difficult and very fussy tenants. A first time seller’s perfect agent As a first time seller we did our research and met with multiple agents in the Coburg area. Michael came across by far the best from a presentation point of view mainly because he kept it simple and had answers to all questions we had. He kept us in the loop at all hours throughout and managed the auction/private sale process amazingly well. He personally did an inspection at 10am on Boxing Day which ended up getting us an offer then and there! Don’t hesitate to choose him and his team :)
