Been a loyal member of the FNF brand only to have my membership benefit of bring a friend for free removed, while not providing a discount for the loss. Blamed COVID, then narrative changed to a lack of public liability insurance. Kudos for the COVID cleaning, but nobody seems to use a towel and there is nill control of ovesight.

Concerns of their COVID Safe practices. Went into the gym on the 1st of November and saw the absence of any staff members or Covid Marshall's for a venue that had easily more than 30 people inside. Not sure if lack of staff is related to the loyalty of the management at this branch. Every time I come in there's always new workers at the desk. Doesnt make it a postive environment to train if staff keep getting let go for no reason.

Good range of equipment and location. The changeover from FnF to clublime was fine but staff were unsure about membership changes and I was being charged for benefits that didn't exist anymore. Their customer phone line was good and helped solve the issue. However did take about a week before receiving an update. I feel like people could be overcharged from their old contracts and not know.

Fantastic gym facilities. Large size. Has everything you could need plus more. The slow staff response time and level of support is the only downside which is why I have given 4 not 5 stars. If you're confident enough on your own to do your own thing you'll be right but if you need admin support forget it

Staff aren’t friendly, the one day I come without a towel and they didn’t let me in. Understandable that it’s the rules and I offered to buy a towel but they didn’t have any. At the same moment I noticed about 4 people leaving the gym empty handed. Rubbish customer service. Will be cancelling my membership and not recommending this gym to anyone else.
