John was our initial agent of choice but given the strength of the market we did not feel his business was large enough to do the job. After selecting a much larger agency with great expectations we received very little interest in this "HOT MARKET" After 8 weeks we agreed to part ways and quickly headed back to John who handled all agency changes, new media, and very personal attention to presentation and inspections.
