We saw Clair for my 6 year old Son who suffers with Asthma. It has been a life changing experience and his asthma has improved more than we could've hoped for. Clair taught us Buteyko exercises over a 2 day session in Sydney in a very warm and nurturing environment. We learnt the importance of breathing only through our noses and not our mouths and we have continued with the exercises and nightly taping ever since. Our daughter has also started to tape at night too and we are amazed at how much more rested she seems and wakes up happier. Thanks Clair, learning Buteyko Breathing Technique has been wonderful for our family especially our son.
