Bought a BRZ Ts off the lot at Subaru Docklands at the start of Dec 19, with the help of Zach. Can’t stress enough how far he went beyond the expectation. There was an unexpected tech issue that delayed me picking up the car by a few days, and Zach went into work on the Saturday, and spent half of his day trying to get my purchase finalised. I got a 5 year car loan with them and tried to refinance my ballon few months ago. A Korean broker was very nice but suddenly disappeared and my case was put on side for a while. Then a person titled “Senior” took over my case with so bad service, very slow response, very limited knowledge on choose product and even shouting at me when last time followed his up about my case. He said he did not want to serve me anymore. And passed my case to another new guy with same bad service. eventually, I withdraw my application. The service level changed dramatically with 5 years ago and I do not reckon this broker at all since they may mess up your car loan.

I asked platinum direct to provide a quote for vehicle finance. 5.5% rate was quoted. They took ages to organise settlement and then I discover the rate is 17.25%. Perhaps things do change through the course of organising finance. However a change that big should warrant some notification to their clients. Poor communication, poor service. Go elsewhere.
