Product was great and shipped really quickly. I was disappointed that I paid for express shipping, however the item was shipped with regular parcel post, not express. I tried to contact Nursing Angel and they said they’d look into it, however then never replied. When I followed it up via email, they did not reply again. Perhaps just an oversight.

This company has terrible customer service. The representative didn't seem to care much about the job . I returned an unopened and unworn item and no reply back from them for a Month! I kept having to chase up my refund. When I finally got someone to process the refund, they refunded me the wrong amount. And what's worst? NO apologies received! The whole service was terrible. I would not buy from this place if I were you. Plus the website seems to have a lot of variety of products but most of them are OUT OF STOCK!! I wonder if this is just a trick to get people to browse their website !

The item I bought in September had passed estimated delivery date and this store refuses to offer replacement, return my money, or organise a compensation through AusPost.. nothing. They will even shut you down when you air your frustrations. Terrible customer service. Now they have my money, but I don't have the item. I wish they would return it asap since I am due to give birth soon and they are putting unnecessary stress to a pregnant woman. Would you believe that my deliveries from other parts of NSW, Adelaide, NZ and UK arrived way earlier despite the lockdown? You are the only business who has consistent delivery issues. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Please people, go somewhere else and avoid this store. Do it for your sanity. Just check how they would respond to complaints.. what a joke.

If I could give a negative review I would. To your reply comment, as usual you have not apologised. In your reply emails you made unnecessary comments just to feel better about yourself or something always needing the last word? As was my right I was refunded. Too many people have sent you their "wrong" address or the courier is to blame. This seems to be your favourite thing to do.. blame the customer or anything other than your unorganised company. You need to do an internal review and fire whoever is replying to these Google reviews AND emails. If you're the owner then you're just destroying your own company. You had 0 communication until I posted this review. All of your 3 stars have nothing to do with your customer service they're only positive because they happened to receive their product and like the product. I still stand by this well deserved 1 star review for your company. Extremely disappointed with the service. Have tried calling to be sent to message bank to be directed to email with no response. I have emailed both the store and "Marc". I paid express shipping and I live 2 suburbs away and it STILL has not arrived. I've ordered from VIC and even NZ standard shipping and they have already arrived sooner and orders were placed later. The shipping information says "picked up by courier" and no further information. COVID is no excuse as I've received other items from Sydney express perfectly fine. VIC are in lockdown and STILL manage to send parcels that arrive sooner. It has been 5 business days (not Inc yesterday's public holiday). 8 days total. This is ridiculous.

terrible customer service! do not recommend buy anything from them. They put my order on hold and said their fraud software said i am a fraud. but the point is they already processed the payment and got money from my card! if you already got the money from customer, how come the customer is a fraud? Finally my order got processed. Everyone who read this review can also read what and how Nursing Angel replied on other unhappy customer. I don't know if this kind of customer service make Nursing Angel success. if you worry about fraud, then do more on your end instead of creating more troubles for your customer. yes, i got an email about my order has been flagged as being fraudulent. but at the same time, i received another email said my order has been dispatched. that's why i ignored the first email. and please understand if you told customer the order had been sent, but actually not. It was CHEATING customer. And you checked that i am not fraud and processed my order, which prove that your "Fraud software" was wrong. But you still insisted my order delay was my fault and your software is perfect... not even a single sorry for all this. It shows that Nursing Angel DO NOT care about its customers at all.
