Just took my grand kids to Bridges Hill Park. What a great area, not just for kids. Cessnock council is to be commended for this facility. Just hope it is monitored and doesn't trashed.

Camped for 3 days adjacent to the Rugby Park in Kurri Kurri. Convenient facility but could do with a bit of gravel around the dumping point and some minor drainage. The towns coffee, fast food shops would do well to put out water bowls for pets. Council should make the effort to keep the large bins in the main st clean. Overall a nice stay enjoyed and spent over 400 while in town.
I waited for 20 mins on the phone before hanging up. Your option of reporting an issue on your Homepage reported a server problem. Then tried the Live chat and got no response. It appears Cessnock City Council does not want to be contacted. I think you can do much better than this. I only gave you one star because that's the only way I could post.
Bunch of lazy so and so’s. won’t do anything about anything just because they zoned our property as private. Yet we still pay them land rates and taxes like every one else.
Fantastic Customer Service. If there are any local issues in my area or community, I make a short phone call to council and they resolve the issue in a timely manner. And these issues have been about potholes and other road safety issues as well as other general enquiries. Very polite and great communication.
Able to handle mundane tasks quickly and easily ie pothole filling and general enquiries. Sadly lacking in more pressing issues ie kerb and guttering, town planning and infrastructure.
Always have been very helpful. Im very Satisfied with the Service Cessnock Council has given me. They go out of there way to answer all my questions.
Nice customer service
