Really happy with my buying experience here at Bing Lee Casula. Everything was done over the phone. I called up looking to purchase the Westinghouse Double Oven. Spoke to a lovely guy named Thai who was able to check the stock availability, made the whole price matching inquiry process so quick and smooth (no awkward haggling involved) and threw in the free delivery too. This is what customer service is about: knowing what the customer wants and being able to deliver it quick and efficiently. New oven was delivered the next day without any problems.

Order was smoothly processed, and quickly available soon after the store opened. Service desk attendant was informative and nice, and directed me to the loading dock to pick up my order. Store hand was disinterested (maybe because it was very hot and windy) but knew exactly where my aircon unit was, and even loaded it into my car, making it look easy. It was actually very heavy so I appreciate that help. Thank you for your service here, I will definitely be ordering online again.

Customer service is excellent. The manager was fantastic, we bought a TV a week ago and after contacting him today he was able to resolve the problem on the same day! We've bought many appliances from here over the years and the first time we had an issue Jimmy resolves it straight away. Absolutely outstanding.

Average customer service ! They were not approachable neither offered the service proactively , instead you need to look for them. Albeit price is good, plenty parking options with ranges of products.

Very professional and friendly team at BingLee Casula. My wife and i purchased a fridge recently. On the delivery day both the delivery drivers Daniel and Troy were simply awesome. They installed the fridge and were done within 5 minutes of arrival. They showed professionalism and were very friendly and caring in their approach. We will always recommend BingLee to others.

I went there today before closing to pick up an online order and I was fat shamed by 3 sales men standing at the front counter , I over heard them making disparaging comments about my weight, I was mortified. It was such a horrible embarrassing experience borderline traumatic for me. For the past couple of months I have purchased all my products at Bing Lee for my newly renovated kitchen and products and service has been fine ,but today I left the store so embarrassed , and humiliated , and taken aback on how they ridiculed me with ease at the front counter I was almost in tears when I left just purely embarrassed , I will NEVER buy at Bing Lee.
