I rather complain when things are wrong, and do nothing when things are as you expect them to be. Back in April I found a used Subaru Outback advertised by CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI. Called and the GM, Kyal Tripodi, answered, gave me all the details and offered to bring the car down to Melbourne on the weekend. To cut a long story short, I bought the car. The customer service and attention to detail were second to none, the handling of the documentation and pick-up in Castlemaine a breeze. I can only say thank you for a great deal and outstanding service to the team of CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI, in particular Kyal Tripodi and Gene Matheson and close this review with a recommendation: you won't be disappointed dealing with CASTLEMAINE MITSUBISHI!

Absolutely amazing, Incredible staff, and good milo
Not too happy with Castlemaine Mitsubishi. My daughter had her car serviced there today, with the bill approaching a grand and it was returned unwashed ! No dealer in the city would get away with that and it's a real slight on Mitsubishi Motors themselves who I'd like to reproach the dealer, requesting them to lift their game. Not happy with the service received.
