Fantastic, timely efficient service by the guys at Floor Gallery Castle Hill. Very professional job! They took away the old carpets and cleaned up every scrap of rubbish. Floors look great! Would highly recommend Abbass and the guys who installed our new floors!

Pretty disappointed with the service from the sales guy. Took him a while to get off his seat to even acknowledge me. When he did he seemed to think waving from his seat was a good way to approach a customer. I was looking to buy quality carpet but the sales guy seemed more interested in telling me it was his last day of work. I prefer to go to stores that specialise in their industry to get quality products and good service but found it wanting here. No interest in helping me find what i was looking for and seemed to lack knowledge of his products. Won't bother going back there again.

Actual floor work was fine, pricing very reasonable. Moving into installation, communication and timing poor, plank work generally great, but trimming work messy in places and bits flagged along the way they said they would by end of the day resulted in me being told they had to leave by a certain time and could not do more or decent cleanup of sawdust. Trimming was unfortunately starting to pop off the skirting within an hour of installer departure and no response so far to my attempts on rectification. I would not go down this path again as the installers are separate from the actual store/sales process and the whole process did feel lacking in cohestion and in places a bit amateur.

Happy with our decision to go with Floor Gallery Castle Hill. Especially Abbass & Youssef who, left the house clean and tidy and were very polite and professional. Showroom staff returned my emails and arranged for a rep to inspect a minor issue with one board. Installers arrived quickly and dealt with the issue efficiently. Definitely recommend.

So happy with our floors, they look spectacular. Such good quality. Charles installed our floor and he did a fantastic job. Utmost precision. The whole team has been a pleasure to work with and so extremely happy with the experience from beginning to end. Would highly recommend the team. 11 ️ /10. Exceeded all expectations. Well done to Raf and Charles and the rest of the team.
