Both Tom and Jay were very helpful. They came out to my house two different times to measure and show me products. But best of all, they were able to source and provide falls safe vinyl flooring for my mother-in-law's bathroom floor, which is something no one else has been able to help me with. Her bathroom will now be safe and completely handicap accessible. They were prompt and even sped things up in order to help finish up our renovations in time for my mother in law to come home from hospital. They worked with me to find out what my specific needs were and provided me with the best and most cost effective products. I'm so happy that I found them.

Went in the other day. Friendly staff member - was trying to convince me to NOT buy carpet, but polish the floorboards underneath our old house (which we will do in the hall ways). It showed that he had OUR best interests at heart and not just trying to flog off their products. Prices are reasonable and the selection is good.
