Very happy with our carpets, price and the service. Adam was great with the quote and we were able to get the rooms carpeted on different days to allow time to move furniture.

Worked with Kemp on removing my old carpet, and installing new hybrid flooring. Kemp was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to picking out the new flooring. The installers came, and did a great job. They had excellent workmanship and were very friendly. They were easy to communicate with, and understanding to our preferences. Overall, the whole process was made easy, from ordering to installation, by Kemp and the installation team.

Went in there today to see if we could arrange a quote for flooring. The weird socially awkward know it all salesman just listed negatives and down sides, essentially said they can quote but it won’t be right. Didn’t want to help, was indifferent. We have a 50K budget for flooring, he totally lost the job for carpet call.

The sales team were very patient with me while I shopped for my new rug. I got shown many different options and the one I ended up purchasing is perfect for my needs as I had an awful shaggy rug I purchased 4 years ago from elsewhere that I wanted to replace. All the staff at carpet call loganholme were very welcoming and friendly and professional , not to mention extremely patient with my indecisiveness. Would defiantly give 10/10 for customer service to both the rug salesman and the manager of the store.
