Customer service and product quality is outstanding. Tom looked after us and he was amazing - very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Carpet Call offers excellent value for money. We had a slight problem with our install and what’s so fabulous about this store is that they fixed it immediately. We could not be happier. From the moment we stepped into the store the vibe was amazing. Tom greeted us and was super helpful and his experience was really helpful as we were only just starting to look at flooring. We then had Toby come out to our house and he was professional and punctual, and his guidance with colour selection was exactly what we needed! Carpeted our whole house. The experience was positive from start to finish. Expert advice instore from Tim. Well co-ordinated leading up to the installation. The install team were fast, professional and did a great job. They helped with shifting furniture, and were careful of the freshly painted walls when removing the old carpet and installing the new. It looks great and we're very happy with the whole process and outcome.

Tom was super helpful and supportive to us with our recent timber flooring installation. It was a difficult job in a highrise building that required body corporate approval for noise ratings and floor preparation prior to installation and Tom worked very hard to make sure everything was well coordinated with a great result.

I had an AAAmazing shopping experience and got just absolutely the perfect service!!! I visited 4 stores in different locations and it was a pure pleasure to communicate with the Carpet Call Teams. As a result, I purchased 5 carpets. My particular gratitude to the sales representative from Indooroopilly Central shop, Benjamin Russell. He worked with me for 3 days being most friendly, very understanding, and extremely patient with a very picky client :). I loved their "Home Approval" policy, their great quality products and I'm more than delighted with the service I've got! I Couldn't recommend enough this floor brand center. THANK YOU! I Will shop again.

Although it was a little pricey for me and they didn't have the colours I wanted, I'm really happy with the carpet & service. Toby was very helpful & friendly and Marco did an excellent job with the installation :)
