Was looking for a rug. We weren't aware that they Carpet Call sells rugs. Walked in around midday and Ayo was very helpful and assisted us with picking out the perfect one. We are very happy with the rug we purchased. It was a great price as well. Thanks Ayo for bringing down so many large rugs. He took down at least 6 rugs from the hanging spot up high and placed it on the floor for us to see it better.

I purchased a rug from Chris at the Belmont Store and would like to leave a review as Chris's service was excellent. I picked a rug I liked but no runner in same design and Chris came up with the idea to make a runner or of a second rug. The runner turned out fabulous so happy. Thank you Chris

Rude and pushy service. Didn’t want to give a quote on email and wrote it on a card. Pushed for a “once only” saving if we paid a deposit. Would expect more from a new business in the area. Returned to the store to get more information and met with unfriendly service. Pass!
