Sent a message to Doctor Vacuum after another repair company had let me down. They replied that evening, and were out to my elderly mum's place fixing the issue the next day! Very happy with the excellent service and communication updates during the short but efficient process of getting the in-wall vacuum repaired. Thank you Tony! Love your work and service!
Friendly and helpful staff the best place to fix a vacuum
We recently bought all the parts from Doctor Vacuum in Capalaba for a 3 point ducted vacuum cleaner that we installed ourselves. We'd installed a similar system from the same manufacturer in another house, so we had some idea of what to do, but it was over 30 years ago, so our experience was a bit rusty. The staff at Doctor Vacuum were really helpful. They suggested a couple of shortcuts that we would not have thought of by ourselves and they sold us a lot of extra fittings "just in case", which they refunded in full when we returned most of them unused a couple of days later. We did actually use a few of the extra fittings, which saved us trips to buy extra bits, so we were very grateful. We are not regular reviewers of anything, but we think Doctor Vacuum's staff deserve a special mention for providing such good service.
Today I went to Dr Vacuum & has my ducted vacuum motor replaced which was fantastic but mostly I was very impressed by the service from Tony & his team ! Quality service with a smile ! Thank you Tony & I’ll be back with my Dyson stick vac next week for a service :)
What a pleasure to find honest and helpful people. I called to discuss my issue and was explained there was a very simple fix to the problem and it wouldn't cost much, Dyson however basically told me I needed to buy a new machine. My vac now works better than it ever did. Thanks Giovanni for being so helpful and the quick turnaround time. If you need your vac looked at, these are the guys to go!
What a pleasure to find excellent old fashioned service from three professional people. Tony is such an honest person who told me that what was suspected happened to my vacuum was not the case and resulted in a reduced bill. I would recommend Doctor Vacuum to everyone and anyone . I am not connected to them personally in any way. WELL DONE Doctor Vacuum 5 stars does not do your professionalism justice, I would rather give you 10 out of 10 stars.
Needed help with a problem ducted vacuum and Tony from Doctor Vacuum was very helpful on the phone then came out promptly and returned the machine the next day. Tony also advised me with regard to the different options for carpet attachments (I asked) and demonstrated a new model with no hint of sales push. Revelation to me as I’ll no longer have to struggle pushing on the thick pile carpets Overall, a great service experience and I’d very happily recommend them.
